Be Careful What You Ask For - God is good

John 16:23-24 NKJV
“And in that day you will ask Me nothing. Most assuredly, I say to you, whatever you ask the
Father in My name He will give you.  24  Until now you have asked nothing in My name. Ask, and you will receive, that your joy may be full.

I was looking anxiously for a good ½ hour on my computer for a file I desperately needed, recreating it will take a few hours. I had pretty much given up and whispered a pray – God, please help me find this document. I found it about 2 minutes later. I was in utter shock – God had done it AGAIN. I really need to ask Him at the start instead of after giving up hope. Well, it made my day and reminded me what we all know GOD IS GOOD – ALL THE TIME. Even when you least expect it.

Dear Jesus, Thank you for always being good. Thank you for not changing. Help me to seek you
sooner and learn from these little fun surprises. Amen
